Ability to pursue design in a wide range of fields, including corporate and product branding, as well as associated logos, packaging, interiors, and websites.
Required skills: Illustrator, Photoshop
　
We particularly welcome applicants with the following skills:
Those with 2-3 years or more of work experience and the ability to progress projects (equivalent to a designer)
Able to work face-to-face with clients on projects regardless of scale (equivalent to a senior designer)
Able to oversee the entire team and manage progress
Photo and video retouching and editing capabilities

 

2. Design

(Full-time employee, contract employee, outsourcing / new graduate, mid-career employee)

Those who aim to be visual designers who can design all moving objects and have a challenging spirit to pursue and communicate new possibilities
Required Skills: After Effects, Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier
　
We particularly welcome applicants with the following skills:
Knowledge, experience and skills in motion graphics, 3DCG, animation, programming, live action, spatial design, planning, production, interactive etc.
Experience and skills in video and spatial direction
Experience in photographing products, people, spaces, etc.

 

 

3. Space (Full-time employee, contract employee, outsourcing / new graduate, mid-career employee)

A. Architecture B. Interior design C. Architectural model making
Required skills: Vectorworks, Photoshop, Twinmotion, Sketchup, Blender
　
We particularly welcome applicants with the following skills:
　
A. Architecture
Those with 2-3 years or more of work experience and the ability to progress projects (equivalent to a designer)
Those with more than 5 years of practical experience and experience dealing with clients and construction work from project formation to construction and handover, regardless of the size of the project (equivalent to a senior designer)
Able to oversee the entire team and manage progress

B. Interior Design
Someone with practical experience in on-site management and the ability to progress projects (equivalent to a designer)
Those with more than 5 years of practical experience and experience dealing with clients and contractors from project formation to construction and handover (equivalent to a senior designer)

C. Architectural model making
More than 2 years of model making experience
Able to manage the progress of multiple models for verification and presentation as a model room leader

4. Products (Full-time employee, contract employee, outsourcing / new graduate, mid-career employee)

Able to pursue the creation of new value by taking manufacturing seriously
Required skills: Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender, Fusion 360

 

5. Management (Full-time employee, contract employee, outsourced work / new graduate, mid-career employee)

Project management, PR and general affairs support
Able to support creative activities and enthusiastically promote the efficiency of back-office operations
Required skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
Selection Process

Terms and Conditions

Work location: Ibiza
Working hours Basic hours: 10:00-19:00 Flextime system
Allowance Bonus twice a year, salary increase once a year, commuting allowance

Salary In accordance with our company regulations, we will decide after an interview, taking into consideration experience, ability, and previous annual salary.

Career Plan Designer / €22-30k
Senior Designer / €50-100k
Holiday 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, summer vacation (11 days), winter vacation (11 days), special holidays

There is a system of support for senior designers and above to become independent.
